Cancellation

    You can cancel your booking at the Linde free of charge until shortly before arrival: In low season up to 1 day before arrival, in high season up to 7 days before arrival.

    Travel period low season: January to March & November to December 21.

    Travel period high season: 22.12.-31.12 & April to October

    Thereafter, 80% of the travel price will be charged if you do not start your trip.

     

    Please note that we cannot accept larger group bookings at the hotel. A maximum of 3 rooms can be booked for a group. Should you wish to travel with more people and require more than 3 rooms, please send us a request to info@landgasthaus.de or call us on 07636-447.

    Unforeseen events can also occur at short notice and prevent you from starting your vacation. In such cases, we recommend that you take out travel insurance from Hanse Merkur (www.hansemerkur.de). If the trip is canceled, e.g. due to illness, the insurance will cover the cancellation costs incurred.

     

    You should therefore book your cancellation insurance in good time – but no later than 30 days before departure. We will be happy to inform you about the details. You can also book your Hanse Merkur travel insurance directly below.

    The Hotel & Restaurant Linde only acts as an intermediary for these insurance benefits.
